About Department

The Department of Food and Biotechnology was established in 2024. Currently, the department includes 8 teachers (1 professor, 3 PhDs in Philosophy, 2 associate professors) and 2 laboratory assistants. A total of 291 students are enrolled in the department.

The department has laboratories that meet modern requirements. The laboratories are equipped with various devices, microscopes, and other necessary equipment, allowing students to strengthen their theoretical knowledge through practical work. The teaching staff of the department consists of highly qualified and professional specialists in their fields. They possess extensive theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience in their respective areas. This contributes to improving the quality of education and enables students to acquire knowledge and skills that meet the requirements of the modern labor market.

The department also actively works to develop scientific research, apply innovative teaching methods, and strengthen cooperation with the food industry.
