Autobiography

Bayram Huseynzada was born in 1974. In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Baku State University. He graduated from the Faculty of Management of Leading Cadres at Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2005. In 2009, Bayram Huseynzada earned his PhD. degree in Political Science. In 1997-1998, he was the editor-in-chief of newspaper "Bakı Universiteti"(Baku University). From 1998 to 2013, he worked as a chief specialist, sector manager and Head of Public Relations Department at the central office of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2005, Bayram Huseynzada was awarded Civil Service Advisor degree for his effective public service. He is the editor of four books, author of about 500 articles. He worked as an Editor-in-Chief of newspaper "Azerbaijan Müəllimi"(Azerbaijan Teacher) from 2007 to 2017. He was entitled “Honorary Journalist” by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2017, he was appointed as vice-rector for educational affairs of Baku Engineering University. Since January 7, 2024, he has been working as vice-rector for social issues and public relations of Baku Engineering University. Since 2001, he has been the member of the New Azerbaijan Party. Bayram Huseynzada is the chair of the first territorial organization of the New Azerbaijan Party at Baku Engineering University. He is married with 3 children.
