In recent years, the work carried out to further develop the scientific potential of Baku Engineering University (BEU), prepare scientific articles of the faculty in accordance with international standards, as well as to expand their access to leading world publications, is yielding positive results.

Therefore, during the first quarter of 2025, an increase was recorded in the number of articles of university employees in journals included in the world's prestigious scientometric databases. During the reporting period, a total of 28 articles by university teachers were published on the Scopus database and 13 on the Web of Science. When looking at the classification of articles on Scopus, 11 were in the Q1 category, 3 in the Q2 category, 5 in the Q3 category, 2 in the Q4 category, and 7 articles were included as conference materials. Articles covering various fields of science were prepared jointly with prestigious scientists from Russia, Belarus, Italy, Poland, India, and other countries.

Overall, these results, in addition to once again confirming the scientific capabilities of BEU, are considered as an important step in expanding the university's research network, strengthening scientific exchange and international relations.

The goal of the university staff is to further develop their research and promote the scientific potential of our country at the international level.
