A seminar on writing a scientific article has been organized by the Student Scientific Society at Baku Engineering University (BEU). The event was held with the aim of actively involving students and young researchers of the university in scientific activities and increasing their knowledge in this area.

During the speeches, it was stated that writing a scientific article is a process that requires not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills. Through such seminars, participants learn all stages of scientific work step by step and acquire the knowledge necessary for success in their future research.

At the seminar, young researchers were provided with knowledge on problem selection, literature review, formulation of a research question, establishment of the structure of the article, as well as academic writing style and style. Moreover, separate examples were brought to mind regarding the application of the acquired skills in future scientific work.

The students' questions were answered at the seminar, which serves the 4th direction of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (quality education) and contributes to increasing the academic skills of young researchers.
