"Applicant Counseling Center" has been established by the State Examination Center (SEC) at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

The counseling center is staffed by specially trained employees. They provide applicants with the rules of student admission, application to higher and secondary education institutions, the procedure for filling out and approval of the "Applicant's electronic application" and solving technical issues that may arise at this time, competition conditions, issues to be considered during the selection of majors, etc. will be assisted free of charge.
