Center for Distance Education and Quality Assurance(CDEQA) of Baku Engineering University (BEU) has started the monitoring of the Google Classroom e-learning platform, where online classes are organized in the current semester (for December).

The main purpose of the monitoring is to ensure the availability of information and materials related to the content, such as course syllabus, online lecture links, lecture texts, and textbooks, as well as video recordings of lessons for students uploaded by every teacher on the e-learning platform whether the lesson is online or offline.

Problems identified during the monitoring will be addressed to the relevant departments in the form of comments and suggestions in order to improve quality. 

At the beginning of the semester, trainings and awareness-raising activities were conducted for the staff of the departments and faculties on the content of the Google Meet e-learning platform on the basis of pre-defined standards and indicators.
