The next meeting was held with students admitted to the dual degree program in engineering at the undergraduate level between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Inha University of South Korea in the 2020/2021 academic year.

Humay Jafarli, Director General of BEU-INHA Dual Degree Program, gave an overview of the Dual Degree Program implemented between INHA University of South Korea and BEU. Stressing the advantages of the program, H.Jafarli added that students would receive dual diplomas at the end of their education.  

Noting the participation of students in a 3-week Summer School in South Korea at the end of the second year, Director General of the program emphasized that the costs (daily, accommodation, training materials, airfare, health insurance, visa and migration services) would be covered by the State Program.

By stating that INHA University was one of the leading universities in South Korea in the field of engineering, Hyunjin Yang, INHA Project Director, BEU-INHA Dual Degree Program, gave his recommendations to the students on strengthening their language skills. 

Sevinj Iskanderova, Senior Specialist of BEU-INHA Dual Degree Program, pointed out that one of the main components of the program was training for BEU academic staff at INHA University. She also brought the necessary information about sending students to the Summer School to the attention. 

Furthermore, the statistical results of the autumn semester examination session were announced at the meeting. 

The event ended with an extensive exchange of views on issues of interest to students.
