The Department of Computer and Information Technologies of Baku Engineering University (BEU) has hosted the defense of scientific research and scientific pedagogical internship of graduate students.

The reporting meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the Department, senior lecturer Amil Babayev, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, senior lecturer Ali Hasanov, Head of the Internship Department Hazi Gasimov and lecturers of the department.

6 students majoring in IT Management and 7 students majoring in Computer Engineering presented their reports at the meeting.

The reports provided extensive information on the work done during the experiment, research, as well as articles prepared for scientific journals and conferences in the country. Furthermore, the necessary information about the participation of students in the lessons and the lessons they taught during the scientific pedagogical internship was brought to attention.

First, the graduate students answered the questions of the meeting participants, and then their internship reports were evaluated in accordance with the legislation.

Of note, in the spring semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, according to the academic calendar, master’s degree students were in scientific-research inertship from February 17, 2022 to March 16, 2022, and in scientific-pedagogical internship from March 17, 2022 to April 13, 2022. In the group, 1 supervisor with a scientific degree was appointed for every 5 students.
