Baku Engineering University (BEU) is rich in laboratories that meet the requirements of modern times. One such laboratory is the Laboratory of Aerodynamics and Fluid Mechanics.

The laboratory, equipped with modern equipment, is widely used in the teaching of "Mechanics of liquids and gases", "Heat engineering", and "Hydraulics".

In the laboratory where thermal and physical properties of liquids are studied, viscosity of liquids, regimes of liquid movements, hydraulic resistances are studied at the same time. In the laboratory, it is possible to conduct such experiments as basic concepts of fluid mechanics, Bernoulli's equation, determination of flow regime, visualization of current lines in air and water. Moreover, the useful duty ratio and power diagram of turbomachines can also be drawn through experiment.

The results of experimental studies obtained in the laboratory are used in a real way.
