Foreign students of BEU take part in a visit to Ganja city

Foreign students studying at Baku Engineering University (BEU) have taken part in a visit to Ganja city organized by Eurasian Regional Center of Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum(ICYC-ERC). The foreign students of BEU, who took part in a visit dedicated to the Human Rights Day, are citizens of OIC member states (Chad, Yemen, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sudan).

During the visit, which was attended by about 40 young people from 23 OIC member states, at the same time comprehensive information was provided about the civil people who became martyrs and the damaged city infrastructure as a result of Armenian terror in the 44-day Patriotic War.

Students met the families who underwent the rocket attack by Armenian aggressors, they also visited Nizami Ganjavi Mausoleum and Heydar Aliyev Center. 

Acting Director of the ICYF-ERC Vusal Gurbanov stressed the importance of such visits in terms of conveying the truth about Azerbaijan to the world. 

During the visit, the students also took part in a round table on "Human Rights in OIC member states".
