BEU Vice-Rectors participate in event organized within ECAR project in France

Baku Engineering University (BEU) Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Associate Professor Elchin Suleymanov and Vice-Rector for General Affairs Vugar Hasanov are taking part in the event (November 22-26) organized by the French Rectors’ Conference (CPU), a French partner of the ECAR Erasmus + project.

Within the framework of the project aimed at establishing the Rectors’ Conference in Azerbaijan, the implementation of the second component has been started, and at this stage the experience of the Conference of Rectors in European countries will be studied. Thus, a 30-member coordination committee consisting of representatives of partner universities was established, and the first visit was organized to France.

During the visit, CPU and France Education International (FEI) discussed the role of the French education system and the CPU in higher education, its structure, funding mechanism, membership rules, strategic goals, international relations, as well as the CPU's cooperation with other stakeholders. It is planned to provide detailed information to the participants.

An acquaintance with Sarbon University is also planned to study th  interaction of CPU with universities.

It should be noted that the coordinator of the project funded by the European Commission is Baku Business University.
