Elchin Suleymanov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of Baku Engineering University (BEU), has delivered a speech at international scientific-practical conference on "Management and security of the state, society, personality: challenges, security problems, prospects" organized at Institute of Social and Industrial Management of Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov.
The conference aims to summarize the gained experience and develop practice-oriented approaches in the field of transforming modern management processes and ensuring the security of the state, society and the individual.
Director of the Institute of Social and Industrial Management Natalia Efremova and professor of the Eurasian National University spoke at the plenary meeting.
The event stressed the importance and necessity of continuing the tradition of interdisciplinary interaction in the social, humanitarian and economic sciences.
Later, presentations were heard during the plenary meeting.
Vice-Rector Elchin Suleymanov and professor of UNEC Farhad Rahmanov, who were the member of the scientific staff of the conference and spoke online in the plenary meeting, delivered a presentation on “Investment potential in Azerbaijan.” The speeches noted the investment potential in the regions liberated from the occupation, and the work done to develop and restore Karabakh. The presentation was met with great interest and discussed by the conference participants.
More than 150 applications were received from 15 regions of Russia and foreign countries to participate in the conference. More than 300 scientists, businessmen, postgraduates, graduates and students from Russian and foreign universities submitted their reports and articles.
The sections of the conference discussed the essence, characteristics and development strategies of the Russian state and society, the economic, philosophical and humanitarian foundations of Russia's future. Furthermore, the social codes of Russian society, the prospects for the development of Russia in the context of the virtual dimensions of the modern technogenic society were analyzed.
The conference was held in a hybrid format, and theoretical and practical problems were discussed within five sections, “Integrated security of the state and economic facilities, the philosophical and humanitarian foundations of the civilizational future of Russia,” “The urban environment in the parameters of temporal inequality and the concepts of social policy,” “The management of socio-economic systems: problems and perspectives,” “Models of technical and economic security systems,” “problems of education quality management (analysis, risks, scientific approaches).”
The experts noted the wide potential of the reports presented based on the results of the conference.
