Baku Engineering University (BEU) has hosted the next training for foreign students. 

The training on personal development and career planning was joinly organized by the Department of International Relations and Project Management and the Department of Science and Innovation.

In his opening speech, the head of the Science and Innovation Department Elchin Yusubov noted that the event covered an important topic. He provided detailed information about career planning and touched upon the advantages in the field of career in our country.

Business Development Manager Naila Mikayilbayli delivered a speech on "Personal Development and Career Planning." The presentation stressed that personal development and career planning played an important role in the future lives of each student. It was emphasized that personal development was a set of techniques and strategies that aimed to help people know themselves, identify their shortcomings and achieve their goals, as well as motivated people to get closer to their goals.

 Speaking about the rules of personal development, the trainer highlighted the benefits of reading a book every day, learning a new language, targeting goals and investing in yourself. In his presentation, N. Mikayilbayli also clarified the career and its stages, definition of the career goals, personality types in career advancement and modern methods of job search.

The training ended with answering students' questions.
