Speaking at the ceremony, S.Mammadov stressed that BEU maintained its first place among the universities operating in the country, and the specialists working here were always distinguished. The professor said that the curricula, teaching materials and textbooks at BEU were designed in accordance with the latest technologies.

Underlining that the main goal of the reforms implemented by President Ilham Aliyev was to help Azerbaijan to reach the level of developed countries, S. Mammadov noted that relevant work was underway in this regard. The professor said that the transition to digital technology was of great importance for the economic and political development of each country, and spoke about the advantages of the digital transition.

S.Mammadov said the book examined the successful completion of the digital transition in all areas and in international relations. The publication gives an exact concept of raising scientific and technological development to a high level, and for this purpose shows the role of science and technology in the great victory of Azerbaijan in the first digital war in world history - the 44-day Patriotic War. Moreover, it was noted in the book that although the digital transition was a product of artificial intelligence, it was also closely linked to the human factor. In addition, the need to start training specialists in a number of new sciences and specialties in the process of digital transition was justified.
