Narmin Ismayilova, an employee of Baku Engineering University (BEU) Technopark, successfully completed the professional development program "Manifesto of a Teacher and an Educator" jointly organized by ADA University, ADA Kazakh Center and George Washington University.

After successfully completing the Azerbaijan phase of the program, she made internship visits to educational institutions in the United States, as well as took lessons from George Washington University teachers.

At the end of the program, N. Ismayilova, who is familiar with the US education system and had the chance to get acquainted with the work experience of educational institutions that directly apply modern training approaches, presented the "Capstone" project as a group leader.

The highly creative project of a BEU employee was selected as the winner in the "Most Creative" nomination, and he successfully completed the course and graduated from the "Manifesto of a Teacher and an Educator" program.
