Aynur Seyidova, a specialist of the Human Resources Department of Baku Engineering University (BMU), participated in the training on "Occupational safety and health, violence and harassment: Gender perspective" within the framework of the Agile Technical Assistance Tool for Azerbaijan (AZTAF) program implemented by the European Union and the World Bank.

       The event, which took place with the participation of relevant ministries, trade unions of various institutions and employees of higher education institutions, discussed any differential risks that may arise for women and men in the work environment, such as occupational safety, occupational health, violence and harassment.

       In the training, important issues such as determining effective control measures, the employer creating safer working conditions for employees were brought to the attention of the participants.
