The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan implements the internship program "You are a financier" with the aim of familiarizing high-potential young people with Central Banking, developing job preparation skills and providing practical experience. The program will last 2 months (July-August), 5 days a week, and a stipend will be paid during the internship period.

The 2023 edition of "You are a financier" will cover the following departments:

·        Monetary policy

·        Studies

·        Statistics

·       Management of foreign exchange reserves

·        Transactions in financial markets

·        Financial stability

·        Policy and control of capital market activity

·        Insurance activity policy and control

·        Cash

·        Strategic and project management

·        International cooperation and communication

·        Information technologies

·        Law

·        Human resources
