UniTalks meeting will be held on May 16, 2020 with the support of Baku Engineering University (BEU) Technopark and Innovation Center, Center for Innovative Technologies in Education, ENACTUS BEU team and BEU Student Scientific Society (SSS).

The guest of the meeting, which will start at 15:00 on the Facebook page of BEU Technopark and Innovation Center (https://www.facebook.com/beutechnopark/) , will be Center for Innovative Technologies in Education Executive Director, founder of the "New Idea" startup competition, Associate Professor Isa Gasimov.

The webinar on "Commercialization of science and startup approach in the process of higher education" will focus on the knowledge-based approach and the role of higher education in this process, changing socio-economic needs and human capital development, market behavior in different economic periods: needs and opportunities. In addition, the relationship between education, research and innovative entrepreneurship, potential risks in the process of commercialization of science (technology transfer), the INC model and the development of the most appropriate product for the market, the formation and development of startups will be discussed.
