 As a result of fall session of academic year 2018-2019, creative and statistical exhibition of the students studying in Architecture, Urban Planning and Design specialties has been held under the organization of the department of Architecture and Construction.

 Along with staff of the university, Aflatun Amashov, Deputy of Milli Majlis, head of Press Council, Vugar Safarli, Executive Director of the Fund on State Support for Mass Media under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and mass media leaders participated in the opening ceremony of the exhibition.

 Rector of the university, Professor Havar Mammadov cut the opening ribbon of the exhibition and informed the guests about the activities of the university. He has stressed that all spheres in our country make great strides under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev and new innovative manufacturing enterprises are opened. Baku Engineering University also functions in the direction of "Entrepreneurial University". Noting that the university pays great attention to training of personnel in accordance with modern industry demand, rector has added that students are admitted to the specialties of Architecture, Urban Planning and Design without qualification exam.

 Head of Architecture and Construction Department, honored architect, professor Sabir Orujov acquainted visitors with the exhibition. He characterized the exhibition as a result of the environment and student-teacher's attitudes at BEU. Creative works of lecturers and students of Architecture and Construction Department were demonstrated in the exhibition that was in the context of fundamental principles of our development. The exhibition is mainly organized on architectural design and its basics, design basics, computer graphics, painting and painting. About 200 creative works of students studying in Architecture, Urban Planning and Design specialties have been demonstrated.

 Department of Architecture and Construction has been regularly conducting an exhibition of students' creative reports at the end of each semester. The teaching of area courses is based on individual, group and collective approach and it is reflected in the projects demonstrated at the exhibition. Staff of the Department of Architecture and Construction aims to take into consideration the latest standards of our rapidly developing world in the organization of Architecture, Urban Planning and Design specialties.
